ADA TAT TOURISM LLC hereby informs that all reservations are binding and refund requests are subject to limited conditions. By making a reservation, you accept the following terms.

1. Refund Request Conditions

Refund requests are evaluated under the following terms:

Refund requests can only be made via email to adatat07@gmail.com
If the 24-hour period is exceeded, the refund request will be automatically rejected

Our company reserves the right to evaluate and reject refund requests
Refund requests submitted after 24 hours from the reservation date will not be accepted.

2. Yacht and Boat Charter Cancellations

The following cancellation conditions apply to yacht charter services:

No refund - Full payment will be charged

Services

Refunds are not applicable for all services:

All payments made as reservation, deposit, or advance payment are non-refundable
Property viewing fees, consultation fees, and commissions are not refundable
In case of transaction cancellation, all paid amounts will be retained by the company

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refund requests will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

Requests made after 24 hours from the reservation date
Customer's change of mind, plan changes, or personal preferences
Weather conditions, flight cancellations, or other reasons within customer's control
Gift cards, promotions, and discounted reservations
Requests rejected by our company's evaluation

5. Force Majeure Conditions

The following practices apply in cases of force majeure:

Severe weather conditions: No refund, alternative dates at company's discretion
Government restrictions: No refund, credit or postponement may be offered
Medical emergencies: No refund, future date postponement may be considered

6. Refund Request Procedure

The following procedure applies for refund requests:

Email subject line must be in 'Refund Request - [Reference]' format

Our company will review the request and respond within 30 days

Approved refunds will be processed within 60 business days

7. Payment and Collection

All payments are final and non-refundable. Regardless of payment method (credit card, bank transfer, or cash), paid amounts will be retained by the company. In cancellation cases, the full remaining balance will be charged.
