1. Services and Products

ADA TAT TOURISM LLC is a Dubai-based tourism and trading company. Our services include:

1.1 Yacht and Boat Charter

Yacht charter services are subject to the following conditions:

All charters are binding and cannot be cancelled

50% deposit is required at the time of reservation

Remaining balance is collected 48 hours before departure

Refund requests are subject to our Refund Policy

1.2 Product Sales Services

Product sales services are subject to the following conditions:

All payments are non-refundable

Consultation and viewing fees are not refundable

In case of transaction cancellation, paid amounts are retained

1.3 Product Sales

Product sales are subject to the following conditions:

All sales are final and non-refundable

Authenticity guarantee is provided by the manufacturer

After-sales support is under manufacturer warranty

2. Quality Standards

Our services are provided in accordance with UAE regulations:

Vessels hold certification from UAE maritime authorities

Property transactions comply with DLD regulations

Products are provided with authenticity certificate

Personnel are trained according to service standards

Services are covered by insurance

3. Pricing and Payments

Pricing and payment conditions:

Payment Terms:

Yacht charters: 50% deposit, remainder 48 hours before

Product sales: Full payment at time of order

According to contract schedule

4. Booking Rules

Booking conditions:

Reservations are confirmed upon payment receipt

Confirmation emails sent within 24 hours

Special requests subject to availability

5. Service Delivery

Service delivery conditions: For yacht charters, boarding begins 15 minutes before scheduled departure. Product deliveries within Dubai take 2-3 business days, international shipping varies by destination. Property viewings are scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

Provide accurate and complete information

Arrive on time for scheduled services

Follow safety instructions

7. Changes and Cancellations

Our company reserves the right to modify or cancel services due to operational requirements or force majeure. Client-initiated cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy.
