Refund and Returns Policy

Our pledge to transparent and fair refunds.

At ADA TAT TOURISM, delivering outstanding service is our highest priority. Due to the bespoke nature of our luxury offerings, specific cancellation and refund terms apply. We encourage you to review these conditions thoroughly before confirming any reservation.

General Refund Guidelines

  • Every cancellation request must be submitted in written form (via email or official correspondence).
  • Once a service has been initiated (i.e., the yacht has been made available or a property contract has been executed), refunds are not applicable.
  • Third-party charges such as administrative fees, visa costs, or special permit expenses are non-refundable.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the reservation date. After this period, no refund claims will be accepted.

Yacht Charter Cancellation Schedule

Charter fee refunds depend on when the cancellation notice is received:

  • 90 days or more before the charter date: 75% of the total fee is refunded. The remaining 25% covers administrative and reservation costs.
  • 60 to 89 days before the charter date: 50% of the total charter fee is returned.
  • Fewer than 59 days before the charter date: No refund is available. The client is responsible for the full booking amount.

General Refund & Cancellation Terms

Property transactions are subject to UAE legislation and the specific terms of the sales agreement. Refund of any advance payment (reservation fee or deposit) is processed strictly in accordance with the cancellation provisions outlined in the contract with the developer or seller.

Refund terms differ significantly depending on the sales contract, and most initial deposits are non-refundable.

Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 30 business days from the cancellation confirmation date. Please be aware that your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.
